1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ITzpire API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2Use of the Service
ITzpire API provides free REST API access for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You may use the Service for your projects, learning, and development purposes, subject to the fair use policy below.
3Fair Use Policy
To ensure availability for all users, each IP address is limited to 50 requests per minute. Repeated abuse of rate limits, scraping for commercial data resale, or attempts to circumvent rate limiting will result in a temporary or permanent IP ban.
4Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to overload or disrupt our servers; (c) resell or redistribute API responses as a commercial product without prior written permission; (d) impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with ITzpire.
5No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of API responses. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
6Third-Party Content
Some endpoints aggregate content from third-party sources. ITzpire is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content. Use such content at your own discretion.
7Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.
